Retail purchases do not require an account. Wholesale accounts may require submission of business information, including a resale certificate where applicable, for tax-exemption and net-terms eligibility. We reserve the right to approve, decline, or suspend any wholesale account at our discretion.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to display product information, images, and specifications accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, dimensions, or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time without prior notice. Items marked "Photo coming soon" reflect products awaiting final product photography.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if a pricing or listing error occurs
• Payment must be received in full before retail orders are processed, unless approved net terms apply to a wholesale account
• We accept major credit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout

5. Wholesale Orders

Published wholesale case-pack pricing is subject to the volume discount tiers described on our Wholesale page. Minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply per SKU. Wholesale orders are confirmed by invoice; production and freight lead times will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

6. Limitation of Liability

Marium Mart, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our website or products. Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
